About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Grant Thornton, you will be an important part of the TA team and responsible for ensuring high-quality recruitment processes throughout the organization. The focus is primarily on recruiting newly graduated economists and lawyers for the company's four business areas.
You will be part of an engaged and social team of seven people and report to Peter Holm, Director of Talent Acquisition. The role is based in the Stockholm office, but you will support managers at all 22 offices across the country.
Your responsibilities
In this role, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process – from needs analysis to signed agreement. Examples of tasks include:
- Independently manage several parallel recruitment processes according to a defined recruitment process with high quality, focusing on volume recruitment
- Be responsible for all steps in the recruitment process from requirement profile, advertising, selection, testing, competency-based interviews, and employment contracts
- Ensure and deliver a professional experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders
- Work closely, yet independently, with colleagues in Talent Acquisition, HRBP, hiring managers, and other stakeholders in the organization
- Introduce new managers to recruitment
- Participate in job fairs and student events as well as other EB activities
Who are we looking for
You have at least five years of experience in recruitment and Talent Acquisition, preferably from a fast-paced environment, as a recruitment consultant or in a larger civil service organization, and are used to volume recruitment and managing multiple processes simultaneously. You work in a structured and professional manner and have good system skills – it is an advantage if you know Teamtailor – as well as experience with psychological tests, preferably Aon Assessment. The role requires excellent knowledge of both Swedish and English.
As a person, you are proactive, fearless, and communicative, with the ability to quickly build trust and challenge managers when needed.
You thrive in a broad role, balancing the big picture and details, and are flexible when priorities shift. We value accountability, solution orientation, and good collaboration skills – you have integrity and enjoy contributing and influencing.
Experience from the auditing, consulting, or finance industry is an advantage, and we welcome male candidates to achieve a more balanced gender distribution as all current employees are women.
